No. Children 5 years old and below stay free and don't affect the nightly rate. Kids 6 and above are counted as adults for rate purposes.

No. You only pay for the nights you stay. For example, a June 10–11 booking is one night (June 10), since June 11 is the check-out day.

To block your preferred date/s, send a ₱1,000 reservation fee per night via GCash, BDO, or UnionBank, then complete the booking form here on the site.

After payment, send the transaction screenshot together with your completed guest details. All guests must be listed — unlisted guests won't be permitted entry.

No. Reservation fees are non-refundable and non-rebookable. They secure your chosen date/s.

The remaining balance for your stay, plus a ₱2,000 refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned on check-out, subject to a quick unit inspection.

Yes — direct to the owner, no agents. All photos and videos on this site are of the actual unit.

Check-in is anytime after 2:00 PM. Check-out is anytime before 12:00 NN the following day.

The unit has a smart lock for convenient self check-in. We'll send your access details before your stay.

Up to 4 guests total. A 5th guest is allowed only if at least one is a child aged 5 years old or below.

Children 5 years old and below stay free and don't count toward the paying headcount. Parties of 6 or more aren't allowed.

No. A child aged 5 years old or below stays free and doesn't count toward the paying headcount. For example, 4 adults + 1 young child is allowed, and the child stays free.

Yes. Free parking is available near the tower gates, secured with roaming guards. It's about a 5–7 minute walk to the lobby.

You can drop guests or unload items at the lobby first before parking.

Yes — inside-tower parking is available for ₱350 per night on weekdays and ₱400 per night on weekends.

It's subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Same-day requests can't be accommodated.

Access to the wave pool and man-made beach is paid directly to the ticket booth/admin — not to us. It's ₱200 per head, per shift. Kids 3 ft and below are free.

Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN. Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

The wave pool is closed every Tuesday and reopens as early as 8:00 AM the next day.

Azure North, San Fernando, Pampanga — directly across the NLEX San Fernando Exit, on the 26th floor of Monaco Tower. Very easy to access.

Around 5 minutes from SM Pampanga, S&R, and Robinsons Starmills.

Sky Ranch Pampanga is 2–5 minutes away, Jump Yard 5–10 minutes, the Provincial Capitol 10–15 minutes, the San Fernando Heritage District 15–20 minutes, and Aqua Planet / Dinosaurs Island Clark about 45–50 minutes.

A 7-Eleven is on the ground floor of Bali Tower, open 24 hours. Gerry's Grill and Starbucks are right beside the tower, and S&R is across the street.
