Free unlimited premium alkaline drinking water runs for the whole stay.
Downstairs is a lagoon-style wave pool with a man-made white-sand beach, included with the stay. The balcony on the 26th floor looks over the pool and out across the skyline, which is where most groups end up at night.

Be clear on the capacity rule
This is one unit, not an events space, and the cap is firm: 4 guests, or 5 when at least one is a child aged 5 or below. Parties of 6 or more are not allowed, and every guest must be listed on the booking form with a valid ID — unlisted guests are not permitted entry.
If your group is larger than four, this is the wrong unit, and being told so before you book is better than being turned away at the door. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit and pets are not allowed.
Splitting the cost
Because the rate is per night rather than per person, a group of four splits the same nightly figure four ways. Weekday nights are the cheaper option if your schedule allows it.
Weekday nights (Mon–Thu) start at ₱2,800 for two adults and weekends (Fri–Sun) at ₱3,100, with promo pricing lower again when a promo is running. You only pay for the nights you stay — the check-out day is never charged.
A ₱1,000 per-night reservation fee secures your date, and the remaining balance plus a ₱2,000 refundable security deposit is settled on check-in.
