Azure North by Century is a resort-style condominium development in San Fernando, Pampanga, built around a lagoon-style wave pool fronted by a man-made white-sand beach, with a clubhouse, sky garden, and rooftop deck. It sits directly across the NLEX San Fernando Exit, roughly one hour from Manila.

You can stay overnight by booking a private unit there. Nancy's Haven is one such unit, on the 26th floor of Monaco Tower, booked directly with the owner — resort amenity access is included with the stay, and check-in is self-service via a smart lock any time after 2:00 PM.

What Azure North actually is

Azure North by Century is a residential resort development in San Fernando, Pampanga. The centrepiece is a lagoon-style wave pool fronted by a man-made white-sand beach — the same concept as Azure Urban Resort in Parañaque, brought to Central Luzon. Around it sit the clubhouse, a sky garden, and a rooftop deck.

The location is the other half of the appeal: the development is directly across the NLEX San Fernando Exit, which puts it roughly an hour from Manila and five minutes from SM City Pampanga, S&R, and Robinsons Starmills.

Nancy's Haven is a single, specific unit on the 26th floor of Monaco Tower — high enough that the balcony looks over the pool and out across the San Fernando skyline. Because it is one unit rather than a portfolio, the photos and videos on this site are of the exact room you will stay in.

It is set up for a comfortable two-to-four-person stay: a queen LED floating bed, a full kitchen with an air fryer and induction cooker, a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hot shower, and free unlimited alkaline drinking water. Smart-lock self check-in means you arrive on your own schedule.

Booking direct rather than through a platform

You book straight with the owner here — no agent in the middle and no platform service fee added at checkout. The rate you see in the calculator is the rate you pay.

Weekday nights (Mon–Thu) start at ₱2,800 for two adults and weekends (Fri–Sun) at ₱3,100, with promo pricing lower again when a promo is running. You only pay for the nights you stay — the check-out day is never charged.

A ₱1,000 per-night reservation fee secures your date, and the remaining balance plus a ₱2,000 refundable security deposit is settled on check-in.
