Which Pampanga staycation has a wave pool and a sand beach?
Azure North by Century in San Fernando, Pampanga has a lagoon-style wave pool with a shallow beach-style entry and a man-made white-sand beach along its edge — resort water rather than a standard rectangular condo lap pool. Nancy's Haven is a private unit inside that development, on the 26th floor of Monaco Tower.
Pool and beach access is included with the stay at no additional day-pass fee. The wave feature itself runs on a schedule set by Azure North property management, not by the unit owner.
Wave pool, not a lap pool
The distinction matters if you are bringing kids or planning a birthday. A standard condo pool is a rectangle for swimming laps. The Azure North amenity is a lagoon: a broad, shallow-edged wave pool with a genuine sand beach along one side, so children can play at the shoreline while adults sit under cover nearby.
It is the reason a lot of guests choose this over a hotel room in the city centre — you get a resort water day and an air-conditioned unit to retreat to, without the drive to Subic or La Union.

The balcony looks down on it
The unit is on the 26th floor of Monaco Tower, and the balcony faces the amenity deck. You can see the pool and the beach from the room, which is a genuinely different experience from a ground-floor unit facing a car park — and it is the shot most guests send back to us.
Inside: a queen LED floating bed, a full kitchen, a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hot shower, board games, and karaoke. Free unlimited alkaline drinking water runs for the whole stay.
Rates and what is included
Weekday nights (Mon–Thu) start at ₱2,800 for two adults and weekends (Fri–Sun) at ₱3,100, with promo pricing lower again when a promo is running. You only pay for the nights you stay — the check-out day is never charged.
A ₱1,000 per-night reservation fee secures your date, and the remaining balance plus a ₱2,000 refundable security deposit is settled on check-in.
